Graphic File Guidelines

- The following formats are supported by our printers: .ai, .tif, .jpg, .eps, .pdf, .psd.
- Please confirm the artwork has a resolution of at least 300dpi.
- Please verify that all colors are converted from RGB to CMYK.
- Please include a bleed area 1/8" around the border of the finished piece. (See Templates for examples.)
- Please place any important information (logos, text) at least 1/8" away from the border of your finished piece within the safety area. (See Templates for examples.)
- For faster easier file transfers, please compress all your graphic files into one .zip file.
- For Adobe Illustrator, please make sure fonts are outlined and other effects are flattened.
- For Adobe Photoshop, please flatten the image.
