During the registration process, PrinterFetch requires users to give us contact information via a customer registration form. We then use a customer's email address to send out customer access information. The customer's contact information is also used for account purposes such as address verification and confirmation of orders transacted with PrinterFetch. We also contact customers for the purposes of notifying them of service updates and explanation of services. Users may opt-out of receiving service updates, as explained in the "choice/opt-out" section below.

During the transaction process, PrinterFetch requests information from the user in order to process their order. This information includes, but is not exclusive to shipping and billing addresses, product descriptions, and payment information.  All of this information is required in order to correctly process orders of print goods/services through our site.

PrinterFetch allows users to store contact information in order to save time in their transactions. PrinterFetch may contact users with the information they submitted if an order cannot be completed or delivered.

Contracted agents or associations enroll new users by submitting account information to PrinterFetch such as: company name, contact person, phone number, mailing address and email address. PrinterFetch uses this information to create new accounts. Contracted agents and associations can access only the account and information for those users they have enrolled. Neither agents nor assocations have any direct access to any PrinterFetch databases.

Shipping and receiving information for each shipment is submitted electronically to the freight carrier chosen by the shipper. PrinterFetch does not share a user's personal information with any other third parties for any purposes beyond that required for shipment administration. Carriers have no direct access to any PrinterFetch databases.

PrinterFetch reserves the right to release current or past user information:  a) in the event we believe that the Website and/or the PrinterFetch service is being or has been used in violation of the Terms of Service or to commit unlawful acts, b) if the information is subpoenaed, or c) if PrinterFetch is sold or acquired by another party.

PrinterFetch.com may contain links to third-party owned and/or operated websites.  PrinterFetch is not responsible nor has any liability for the content, policies, or practices of such websites.

Advertising and Pop-Ups
PrinterFetch does not sell advertising anywhere on our web site. If you see advertising or pop up messages while using our website, they are not being served by PrinterFetch and are in no way endorsed or supported by PrinterFetch.

Choice/Opt-Out
Printerfetch.com provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and our partners. Users can have their information removed from our database, deny future service updates, or cancel service by calling us at (800) 448-6996 or by emailing us at help@printerfetch.com. Users can also determine their own preferred method of communication by instructing us to note their account not to receive certain communications.
